You’re recovering physically, shifting emotionally, and becoming someone new. All at the same time, usually without nearly enough support.

This program is built for that season. Intentional, gentle, and designed around the truth that postpartum healing is not just physical. It’s a full mind and body recalibration.

what you’ll get

A 60-minute 1:1 consultation with Jess, in-person or virtual, followed by a 4-week at-home program (3 sessions per week) focused on rebuilding core strength, functional movement, and the mind-body connection that postpartum can quietly sever. Minimal equipment required.
