Drawing on 15 years of clinical experience working with women through identity shifts, motherhood, burnout, and the complicated relationship most of us have with our bodies. This is coaching that goes deeper than habits and mindset scripts.

This isn't about tracking macros or earning your meals. It's about rebuilding a relationship with your body that feels safe, intuitive, and sustainable. One that's been complicated by years of conflicting information, impossible standards, and not enough grace.
We'll explore mindful eating, intuitive movement, and what it actually means to feel good in your body. Not someone else's version of it.

Most of us are running patterns we didn’t choose and living by rules we never agreed to. This work is about getting underneath that. Understanding your triggers, your stories, the places where you abandon yourself without realizing it, and starting to make choices that actually reflect who you are.
This is the part most coaching skips. We don’t skip it.

The relationship you have with yourself shows up in every relationship you have with everyone else.
When you’re running on empty, communicating from a place of depletion, or carrying resentment that never quite gets named. The people you love feel it, even when you try to hide it. This isn’t about becoming a better communicator. It’s about becoming someone who knows what she needs and can actually ask for it.
We’ll work on the dynamics that feel stuck, the conversations you keep avoiding, and the connections you want to feel closer in.

“I really wanted to put some thought into this as it was a concept that I didn’t really understand when we started.
When I think of coming home to myself it feels like finally living a life that fits ME again instead of constantly listening to the noise and adjusting to fit everything and everyone else. Recognizing that this is MY life. I have CHOICES. I don’t have to be the one to always compromise and do things I think I ‘SHOULD’ be doing.
