breath + cold plunge experience

When we find calm in an intentionally stressful situation (hello icy waters) we can find peace within using our breath. This experience can be translated into managing the stressors of life. You will learn breath basics and calming tools for cold plunge preparing you for a dip in the Plunge Ice Bath. There is power in finding the calm and safety within through an intentional state of stress in the cold water.

This experience includes; guided breathwork, functional breathing instruction for regulating your nervous system and Personal ice bath coaching.
