Breath is the one tool you carry everywhere, and most of us have never been taught how to use it.

Breath Basics is a 4-session, 1:1 series designed to reconnect you to your diaphragm, the foundation of functional breath, and teach you how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system in real life.
Not in a yoga class. Not in a calm moment. In the hard ones.
Each session is personalized to you. Where you are, what you’re carrying, and what your body actually needs. Sessions are one hour each, available in-person or virtually.
